Is this a new software product we have to buy?
No. AskLens uses the AI features already in Databricks (Genie) or Microsoft Fabric (data agents). You pay us for the setup; platform costs stay with your existing Databricks or Microsoft agreement.
How accurate will the answers be?
We agree 25 benchmark questions and their correct answers with you before setup, then tune until at least 80% are answered correctly. Where data problems block accuracy, we list them in the report.
Does our data leave our environment?
No. Everything is configured inside your own workspace, with your permissions. We sign an NDA and use guest access only.
