Transform Your Data Into Business Value
Data Engineering, Cloud Analytics, Microsoft Fabric & Power BI Solutions — built by certified engineers who have delivered inside global enterprises.
What you get in the first two weeks
- A written assessment of your current platform
- Target architecture with effort estimates
- Migration waves in dependency order
- A cost view before you commit to build
Enterprise standards, without enterprise overhead
You get senior engineers on the work itself — the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it.
Certified Data Engineers
Microsoft-certified on Azure and Fabric, with over a decade of enterprise delivery behind the certificates.
Microsoft Fabric Experts
Fabric is our primary platform, not a line we added to the brochure last year.
End-to-End Delivery
Source extraction through to the dashboard an executive opens — one accountable team.
Cost-Effective Solutions
Boutique rates and lean teams, with cloud spend actively tuned rather than left to grow.
Enterprise Best Practices
Change control, access evidence, documentation and reconciliation as standard, not as an upsell.
What we build and run
Seven services, all within data and analytics. We stay narrow deliberately so that depth is real rather than claimed.
Data Engineering
Pipelines that run every night without anyone watching them.
- ETL and ELT development
- Batch and streaming ingestion
- Lakehouse architecture
- Data warehousing
Microsoft Fabric Implementation
Fabric set up properly the first time, from OneLake to workspace governance.
- Fabric architecture and capacity sizing
- Lakehouse and Warehouse design
- Real-time analytics
- Governance and access control
Azure Data Factory Development
Orchestration that is readable, parameterised and cheap to change.
- Metadata-driven pipelines
- Linked services and integration runtimes
- Scheduling and dependency handling
- Monitoring and alerting
Data Warehouse Modernization
Moving off legacy warehouses without losing history or trust in the numbers.
- Dimensional and medallion modelling
- Stored procedures rewritten in PySpark
- Incremental load strategies
- Reconciliation against the old system
Power BI Development
Reports people actually open, built on a model that holds up.
- Executive and operational dashboards
- Semantic models and DAX
- Row-level security
- Self-service enablement
Data Migration Services
Planned, staged migrations with a parallel run and a rollback.
- Legacy BI to Power BI
- On-prem SQL and Hadoop to cloud
- ERP and Oracle source extraction
- Cutover planning
Managed Data Platform Support
An embedded team that owns the platform after go-live.
- Failure triage and support cover
- Spark and capacity tuning
- Cost optimisation
- Enhancements and releases
Sector context that shortens the ramp-up
Every industry has its own reporting cycle, regulatory pressure and data shape. We work where those patterns are familiar.
Banking
Insurance
Retail
Manufacturing
Healthcare
Logistics
A migration that does not surprise you in month three
Discovery and assessment
We review your existing pipelines, failure history and cloud spend, and talk to whoever gets paged when a load fails. Most of what matters is in the run logs, not the architecture diagram.
Architecture and plan
A written target architecture, migration waves in dependency order, effort estimates per wave and the risks we expect to bite. Yours to keep regardless of who builds it.
Build one domain end to end
Ingestion, transformation, quality checks and a consumable model for a single subject area — so the pattern is proven on your data before it is repeated thirty times.
Scale, reconcile and hand over
Remaining domains follow the proven pattern, with parallel running and reconciliation against the old system. Runbooks and standards are written as we go.
Support and optimise
Optional managed support after go-live: failure triage, tuning, cost control and enhancements, with a named engineer accountable.
Questions we get before signing
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two weeks of the first call. An assessment can often begin sooner, since it needs access and conversations rather than a full project mobilisation.
How do you handle access to our production data?
We work inside your tenant, on your accounts, under your access controls. Data does not leave your environment, and we are comfortable working through your VDI, jump host or managed-device requirements. NDAs and data processing agreements are signed before any access is granted.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?
That is most of what we do. On migration work we pair with your engineers deliberately, so the platform knowledge stays with you after we leave.
What does an engagement cost?
It depends on scope, and we will not quote before understanding it. An assessment is a fixed fee, projects are priced per milestone, and managed support is a monthly rate per engineer. You always get a written quote before work starts.
Do you take subcontracted work from other consultancies?
Yes. We work as a delivery partner for firms who have signed more work than they can currently staff, under their client relationship and branding where required.
What happens after go-live?
You can take the platform in-house with the runbooks and standards we write during delivery, or keep us on a monthly managed support retainer. There is no lock-in either way.
