Who we are
We build and modernise data platforms for organisations that have outgrown their current reporting setup. That usually means moving off a legacy warehouse or BI tool, onto Microsoft Fabric, Azure or Databricks — without losing history, breaking month-end, or spending a year on it.
We stay deliberately narrow. Data engineering and the analytics that sit on top of it is all we do, which means the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and the advice you get is based on having done the work rather than having read about it.
Our delivery experience comes from inside large organisations — global banking and manufacturing programmes where change control, audit evidence and reconciliation were not negotiable. That is the standard we bring to smaller engagements too.

Founder & Lead Data Engineer
Meridlume is led by its founder, a senior data engineer with over a decade of experience delivering enterprise data platforms. That work has spanned global banking and large-scale manufacturing programmes, covering SAP and Oracle source extraction, Microsoft Fabric and Databricks migrations, medallion lakehouse architecture and data quality frameworks.
Every engagement is scoped personally, and the founder remains directly involved in delivery rather than handing over to a junior team after the pitch.
